“Take Mine” is the triumphant new Drum N Bass track from Kryptik & Wends. 

The Paisley patter merchant and 2x SAMA nominee, had intended to stay in the shadows of production for this one, but it didn’t take long before world class Wends led him astray, and onto the mic.

The pair, well known for their fluidity across genres, waste no time in showcasing their expertise on this energetic and uplifting anthem.

Speaking about the value of time and the importance of not forcing art, the concept was to shine a light on the expectation of artists to constantly release content, and the balancing act they face to maintain creative integrity and output.

With the ever changing landscape and “fast food” way in which music is now consumed, it’s become a hot topic of conversation amongst creatives. The ambition of the track is to re-empower the artist’s role and not fall victim to the algorithms cheap dopamine hits.

“Take Mine” has already seen support from BBC Introducing in Scotland and RINSE/SWU FM and will be available on all platforms from the 21st August.
