London based artist Theodor Black returns with ‘Theo’s Room’, an intimate new single arriving 14th August and the first taste of his forthcoming six track EP ‘Tailwind’, set for independent release this October.

Stripping things back, ‘Theo’s Room’ pairs delicate guitar melodies with layered synths, leaving space for Theodor’s vocals and poetic storytelling to take centre stage. Raw, vulnerable and quietly hopeful, the track sees him experiment with new vocal techniques and a more organic, live influenced sound, setting the tone for what is to come.

Across ‘Tailwind’, Theodor explores different chapters of his mid to late twenties, touching on joy, uncertainty, change and the strange realities of life in transition. Taking its name from the aviation term for a wind that propels an aircraft forward, the EP reflects an artist embracing change and pushing confidently into his next chapter. With previous support from NATAAL, Notion, DIY and Clash, ‘Tailwind’ looks set to continue Theodor Black’s upward trajectory.
