Marnz Malone - Yaqeen (Mixtape)
Since his release from HMP, Marnz Malone has moved with intent. His latest mixtape Yaqeen marks a defining chapter rooted in belief, patience and survival. The rollout has matched the ambition, with visuals shot in Jamaica for lead single Nana’s Veranda, followed by Chy Cartier’s Adlibs featuring Tunde, filmed in Dubai. From the outset, this is a project built on momentum and meaning.
Across 15 tracks, Yaqeen balances heavyweight collaborations with introspection. Features from J Hus, Catch, Tunde and Canadian rapper Bundog sit alongside solo moments where Marnz leans fully into real life rap. Nana’s Veranda opens the tape with raw reflection, while Splashin’ finally delivers the long anticipated J Hus link up. Elsewhere, Marnz switches tempos and moods, from the intensity of Chy Cartier’s Adlibs to the vulnerability of Blue Is The Warmest Colour, Misery Loves Company and Ostracized, showcasing both lyrical precision and emotional depth.
Yaqeen completes a trilogy that began with Maktub and Sabr, concepts Marnz discovered and lived through while incarcerated. With co signs from Dave and Nines, over 50 million streams in 2025 alone, and support from Complex UK, COLORS, Clash and i D, this mixtape does not just reflect how far he has come, it confirms where he is headed.
