FloFilz ft: Takuya Kuroda - Taito City Hideout (Single)

Taito City Hideout' is the third single from FloFilz' upcoming album Hagaki (12.09.), featuring Tokyo-based jazz trumpeter Takuya Kuroda. A follow-up to 'Setagaya Samba' and 'Atélier' with Toshiki Soejima and Matt Wilde.

Reflecting on the collaboration, Flo shares: "I’ve been listening to Takuya’s music since 2014, when he released his album Rising Son. Creating something together had always been a dream of mine, and I couldn’t think of a more fitting project for it to finally happen. It’s also a beautiful full-circle moment, since he and Nao Yoshioka, who’s also featured on Hagaki, are good friends. I’m truly happy it all came together and even happier with how the result sounds."

Hagaki will be released on 12th September on gatefold LP with a 20-page photo book—on black and orange vinyl–alongside a 28-page Riso-printed photo zine by Robert Winter.
