Offset & J.I.D Bring the Heat with Haunting New Single “Bodies”.

GRAMMY-nominated and multi-platinum heavyweight Offset is back this summer with a bold new single, “Bodies”, featuring lyrical phenom J.I.D. The track, out now via Motown Records, samples Drowning Pool’s iconic “Let the Bodies Hit the Floor,” reimagined through the slick production of Vinylz and FNZ.

Offset, known for pushing boundaries, calls “Bodies” a statement piece:

“It’s about standing on who you are, coming out the mud, and being confident in the face of adversity... I’m just getting started.”

The surreal music video—directed by Offset himself—adds a cinematic touch, blending desert runways, a candlelit choir, and cult-like imagery. J.I.D delivers a fiery verse that complements Offset’s high-octane energy, both lyrically and visually.

This follows Offset’s Valentine’s Day release “TEN” and his recent tracks “Celebration” with Juice WRLD and the hypnotic solo cut “Swing My Way.” With over 2 billion U.S. solo streams and a legacy that spans from Migos anthems to fashion and acting, Offset is far from slowing down.

J.I.D, meanwhile, continues to carve his space in rap’s upper echelon, with acclaimed projects like The Forever Story and viral hits like “Surround Sound.” His sharp flows and artistic versatility make him a perfect fit for “Bodies.”

Watch the video and stream the single now — it’s one for the books.
