Speaking on the inspiration behind the track, Yanz explains:“No Favours came from a place of exhaustion, but also clarity. Not everything I have is up for grabs. Not everything I create has to be available. There’s a point where generosity turns into depletion… Saying no doesn’t mean closing off it means staying whole.”

He adds: “It’s about energy, boundaries, the cost of always being ‘available,’ and the quiet strength in choosing yourself even when the world expects more.”
