Pozzy - It’s All Up in the Air (EP)

Pozzy Lifts Off with New Project “It’s All Up in the Air”.

Bury St Edmunds-born and London-based artist Pozzy has just dropped his long-awaited project it’s all up in the air, a seven track mixtape packed with vulnerability, sharp lyricism and the skippy flows that have become his trademark. The release lands ahead of his headline show at Camden Assembly on 25th November, marking a major moment in what has been a breakthrough year for the 20 year old artist.

Drawing inspiration from Dave’s Psychodrama, Pozzy uses the project to explore uncertainty, self reflection and growth, themes that run deep through standout tracks like home or away and gotta go. Collaborations with JTea, X@NDRO on the fierce P O Double and Henshaw who shines on been around showcase Pozzy’s ability to hold his own alongside some of the most exciting voices in the UK scene.

While his roots are in grime and rap, Pozzy’s sound reaches beyond genre, blending elements of R&B and electronic music to create something both personal and forward thinking. His honesty and ambition have already earned him co-signs from Flowdan, Sir Spyro, AntsLive, Jyoty and Shorty (BBK), while his viral track Might Go Out on BBC 1Xtra earlier this year cemented his status as one to watch.

Having grown up in Suffolk before moving to London to study at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, Pozzy’s journey mirrors his music, full of risk, reflection and resilience. With “it’s all up in the air”, he proves that uncertainty can be the spark that takes you higher.

Catch Pozzy live at Camden Assembly on 25th November, this one’s not to be missed.
