South West London based rapper/singer-songwriter Emil James and Producer Sam Ellwood present their latest work “Memory Lane” is a track reminiscent of old-school hip-hop records from the likes of A Tribe Called Quest and Slum Village, whilst also carrying the same vibe and energy of modern UK artists such as Loyle Carner. The single takes the listener on a journey discussing nostalgia and how we should never forget our past, or how it informs our present, through well-crafted beats and incredible lyricism.
