‘Lockdown T’s’ is the debut single from the emerging rapper and producer, J. Raskul. Produced from his bedroom studio over lockdown, the mellow and soulful take on the boom bap style brings a powerful resonance to his lyrics, speaking on feelings of isolation, mental health and hopes for the future. A mixture of consciousness, punchlines and flows, it can be said this artists has only just breaking the surface with what’s to come.
This is the first solo project from J. Raskul, having made waves in the underground rock scene with DeadWax throughout 2019. With a glimmer of light for gigs by the end of 2021, it might not be long before you can see him take to the stage once more.
