The Twit 1, II, Three are a band from Cologne, consisting of infamous beat maker Twit One, Maxime von Koblinski on vibraphone, and Niklas Schneider on drums. Their anticipated debut album will be released on October 23 via Melting Pot Music, introducing their unique blend of hip hop, krautrock, tropicalia, spiritual jazz, and ambient music.

Twit One has been shaping the Cologne beat and hip hop scene for more than 15 years as a DJ, producer, radio host, and co-owner of the Groove Attack Record Store. For Twit, hip hop is less of a genre and more of an attitude and cultural practice deeply rooted in African-American music history.

Reginald Omas Mamode IV is a British-Mauritian singer and musician, rooted in the bubbling UK jazz and rap scene that has been around for more than a decade. He has worked with Twit One on a couple of tracks and released his latest album “Rivière Noire“ on Melting Pot Music.
