BackRoad Gee - Live In The Flesh (EP)

BackRoad Gee is back with Live In The Flesh, an eight-track project that marks the London rapper's first release following a brief hiatus. While the energy and hard hitting delivery that made him one of the UK's most exciting rap talents remain front and centre, the EP also sees him push further into Afro-inspired sounds, continuing to evolve the genre blending style that has become synonymous with his music.

The project brings together an impressive lineup of collaborators, including Grime heavyweight D Double E on "Young Boy", Scorcher on "Wonder" and Shaybo on "Let Me In". Lead single "Spin Your Block" featuring Pa Salieu has already earned support from BBC Radio 1Xtra, Capital XTRA, NME and COLORS, setting the tone for BackRoad Gee's latest chapter.

Raised in London with Congolese roots, BackRoad Gee has built a reputation for his explosive performances, multilingual lyricism and fearless approach to blending rap, grime and Afro-influenced sounds. His catalogue includes standout releases such as Mukta vs Mukta, "Party Popper" with Pa Salieu and the MOBO-nominated "My Family", while collaborations with artists including Chase & Status and Beenie Man, alongside his appearance on Jay-Z's "King Kong Riddim" for The Harder They Fall soundtrack, have cemented his place as one of UK rap's most distinctive voices.
