Mac Lloyd - Skin To Skin (Single)

Mac Lloyd returns with 'Skin To Skin', a self-released single that blends vintage '60s soul influences with a modern story of hookup culture and unrequited love. The track explores the emotional emptiness of relationships built solely on physical attraction, wrapped in warm soul grooves, bluesy guitar and elegant keys from Martin Robinson of The Chosen Kin.

A true DIY effort, Lloyd handled the recording, production, mixing, mastering and even the artwork himself. Speaking about the release, he says: "This one was a true labour of love... everything was done in-house, from the artwork to the recording, mixing and mastering, and I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoyed bringing it to life."

Fans can also catch Mac Lloyd performing 'Skin To Skin' live at his hometown headline show at The Ruze on 18 July, with the promise of more new material making its way into the set. Cop tickets to the show here.
