Genre blurring artist Ruti returns with 'Flowers', a vibrant new single that marks the start of an exciting new chapter. Trading the emotional weight of some of their previous work for shimmering pop textures and an uplifting energy, the track feels carefree, joyous and full of optimism without losing the soulful vocal delivery that has become Ruti's trademark.

Speaking about the single, Ruti says: "I think the flowers represent someone you love. I could romanticise anywhere if the one I love is there with me. It feels breezy and light and lovely. My songs often carry a lot of emotional weight but this one feels like a weight off my shoulders and free."

'Flowers' follows the success of recent single 'I'll Be Your Friend', which earned support from Spotify editorial playlists and airplay across BBC Radio 1, 6 Music and Radio 2, alongside praise from publications including Clash and The Line of Best Fit.
