TĀLĀ - I Need It (Official Video)

British Iranian artist TĀLĀ returns with ‘I Need It’, a long awaited single that arrives with real intent. Released alongside a Bali shot visual directed by Oktavian, the track offers another glimpse into her forthcoming album.

Blending Iranian influences with the UK underground, TĀLĀ continues to refine the R&B and electronic fusion she has explored since her 2014 breakout EP ‘The Duchess’. ‘I Need It’ follows ‘Ghosts’ and builds on the momentum with something more direct and emotionally charged.

The track centres on pushing through self doubt and confronting the inner voice that can hold you back. There is a clear sense of release, stepping into confidence and ownership.

Originally started in 2015 with Mssingno, the track evolved over time with contributions from Lunakái and Ben Bashi, giving it a layered, fully realised feel.

Beyond her own releases, TĀLĀ has also shaped work behind the scenes, including executive producing BANKS’ ‘Serpentina’ and collaborating with Enny.

With ‘I Need It’, she delivers an introspective but energising track that feels built for moments of self belief, hinting at a strong new chapter ahead.
