Wesley Joseph has released his latest single “Pluto Baby”, an atmospheric new track that continues to expand the world of his forthcoming debut album Forever Ends Someday, out 10 April via Secretly Canadian.

Premiered as BBC Radio 1’s Hottest Record, the track blends sharp rap verses with instinctive hooks over distorted guitars, glimmering synths and deep low end textures. Moments of delicate piano cut through the restless production, while Joseph’s vocal delivery keeps the song grounded at its core.

The single arrives with a visual directed by Lokmane and creatively directed by Joseph. Filmed inside the striking Paris Communist Party Headquarters, the video places Joseph within the building’s futuristic modernist interior, amplifying the track’s late night atmosphere.

Joseph describes “Pluto Baby” as a snapshot of a blurred night shaped by euphoria, lust and loneliness. The track was written during a thunderstorm while recording in Hastings, with a guitar solo from A. K. Paul becoming its backbone before producer Nicolas Jaar helped steer it toward a driving pulse.

Forever Ends Someday traces Joseph’s personal timeline, moving through childhood memories, teenage turbulence and the present day while blending soul, rap and alternative electronic influences. The project also features appearances from Jorja Smith and Danny Brown.

Joseph has also announced a run of UK and European tour dates in support of the album, with stops including Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Manchester, London, Birmingham and Brighton.
