Love Trails Festival 2026 Expands for Landmark 10th Anniversary.
Love Trails Festival is gearing up for its biggest year yet. Returning to the Gower Peninsula, South Wales from 2 to 6 July 2026, the world’s original running and music festival is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a major programme expansion, and tickets are almost gone.
With over 90% already sold, the final release dropped Friday 27 March at 10am, exclusively for those on the waitlist.
What began as a grassroots coastal gathering has evolved into one of the UK’s most distinctive festival experiences, blending trail running, hiking, live music, wellness and outdoor adventure into one immersive weekend. For 2026, that formula is scaling up across every angle.
Musically, the line up grows with nimino stepping in as headliner, alongside names like Mr Scruff, Nubiyan Twist and Joshua Idehen. New additions span indie, electronic and global sounds, while late night programming gets a serious upgrade with bigger production, live electronic sets and a redesigned after dark space.
On the movement side, Love Trails will host its largest ever gathering of run and hike communities, over 50 in total, cementing its place as a hub for modern running culture. Expect everything from social runs and creative sessions to race formats, including the Garmin 5km and 10km, up to the Ultra Trail Gower Peninsula.
New concepts like Timed Out aim to rethink racing altogether, focusing less on pace and more on experience, atmosphere and connection.
Beyond running, the programme leans further into wellbeing and adventure. From sunset breathwork sessions and dance led movement classes to coasteering, surfing and even birdwatching, the weekend is designed to offer as much restoration as it does energy.
Families are also more catered for than ever, with an expanded kids programme including creative workshops, play sessions and a new Kids Run Experience.
Ten years in, Love Trails feels less like a niche event and more like a blueprint for a new kind of festival, one built around movement, music, nature and community in equal measure.
