RO - stranger (Single)

RO is a London born, Berlin based independent artist. Their sound blends poetry, spoken word and soft vocals into introspective, reflective songs. Drawing inspiration from a variety of genres like Indie, Neo-Soul, R’n B and Jazz, RO creates what they call genre fluid music.

Raw, honest and vulnerable RO’s lyricism unapologetically mirrors their personal human experience. A space of total freedom and sonic experimentation, RO strives to invite listeners to slow down and go deep into their feels, all while tapping into themes surrounding healing, presence, grief and unity.

“limbo”, RO’s debut single, came out in June 2023 and was featured on Spotify’s New Music Friday UK. Currently working on their first concept EP, with release planned for mid-2026, RO is developing their sound with P*Nut (grammy award winning producer) and C1AN (multi instrumentalist and song writer). RO’s next single “stranger” is the first song to emerge from their shared sonic world.
