UK music heavyweight DJ Target steps into the spotlight with his debut solo single, ‘Bring You Flowers’, teaming up with grime icon Chip and Afrobeats superstar Tiwa Savage. Putting a fresh spin on Sweet Female Attitude’s garage classic ‘Flowers’, the infectious track blends nostalgic UK garage energy with a contemporary twist, marking an exciting new chapter for the veteran DJ and producer.

Released via EGA Distro, the single offers the first taste of Target’s forthcoming debut solo album, set to arrive in 2027. Having helped shape British music through his early involvement with Pay As U Go Cartel and Roll Deep, alongside his influential BBC Radio 1Xtra career, Target is returning to his production roots with a project celebrating the sounds that have defined his journey.

“I’ve been wanting to produce and release music again for a few years,” explains Target. “The album really reflects my journey through different genres and salutes both the past and the future.”

With Chip and Tiwa Savage bringing their distinctive styles to the mix, ‘Bring You Flowers’ is a vibrant reminder of Target’s deep connection to UK music culture and an exciting introduction to what promises to be a genre-spanning debut album.
