At its heart, Pressha is about release from beauty myths, status games and the false promise of happily ever after narratives that do not serve us. It continues Scott’s celebrated creative partnership with Blackstone, delivering a cinematic, emotionally rich soundscape that feels both intimate and expansive. The single follows the release of Beautiful People and sets the tone for an album Scott describes as “an offering to all”, a wide ranging body of work filled with stories, spirit and soul, created in collaboration with an eclectic cast of artists and producers.
