The Jazz Café Festival
The Jazz Café Festival had such a good vibe, loads of energy celebrating all kinds of music. Even when it poured with rain, everyone just carried on having a good time. The crowd had a real mix of fans, you could tell who was there for which acts.
BrotherTomSos kicked off the set bringing Westside Gunn out for “GUMBOYAYA” in his first ever UK appearance, followed by Benny the Butcher and some of the Black Soprano Family members. London loved it! Gunn, kitted out head to toe in Corteiz with LV shorts, even said he might buy a flat in the U.K someday.
For me though, the best part wasn’t even the show, my highlight was speaking to Gunn backstage, getting the shot of the day of him sparking up his post show spliff.
