Headie One - Bellingham (Official Video)

Headie One Taps Jude Bellingham Brilliance for His New Single ‘Bellingham’.

North London’s own Headie One has kicked the door into 2025 with another statement release, his new single ‘Bellingham’, a slick Baile funk tinged ode to England and Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham. It’s Headie in pure glide mode: razor sharp flow, a bassline built for late night wheel ups, and punchlines that fans were already quoting long before the track officially landed.

The single arrived with a cinematic Don Prod directed visual shot in Madrid, opening with Headie posted on a dusty mountain range before sweeping through the city like a victory lap. The track originally sparked hype after a viral Balamii freestyle, with the snippet dominating TikTok and Instagram as fans begged for the full version.

Lyrically, Headie is in that reflective, self aware bag, levelling up while reminding everyone he’s still rooted in the come up: “I was dead broke tryna sell everything… So I levelled up but I’m still levelling.”

He even drops a cheeky Bellingham bar destined for summer playlists: “I ain’t Jude but I bet you I’m bellin’ him.”

Headie debuted the track live at the Baller League this week, giving fans a first taste of its energy before the official drop.

‘Bellingham’ continues a strong run for Headie this year, following the cold opener ‘It Is What It Is’, the link up with Aitch and AJ Tracey on ‘Friday Prayer’, and baller focused anthems ‘Thierry Henry’ and ‘Kylian Mbappe’. Each release has reinforced what UK rap already knows: Headie is still pushing boundaries while operating firmly in his own lane.

With over 1.5 billion streams, multiple Top 10s, a Mercury nomination, and collaborations ranging from Drake to Stormzy to Skrillex, Headie One remains one of Britain’s most influential rap artists. And with ‘Bellingham’, he sounds hungrier and sharper than ever.
