Irish alternative rapper and singer KhakiKid is back with ‘Moved On’, a smooth, soulful track that cements his place as one of the most distinctive voices in Ireland’s thriving music scene.

Produced by London born talent Louis Stanley Isaac, the single blends funk infused rhythms with KhakiKid’s trademark wit and laid back flow. Effortlessly weaving between rap, R&B, and indie influences, ‘Moved On’ captures the artist’s signature mix of humour, honesty, and heart.

Dublin born KhakiKid, real name Abdu, first started writing raps at 12, inspired by the raw storytelling of Eminem and 50 Cent and the energy of Channel U’s grime era. Today, his sound nods to artists like Tyler, The Creator and Mac Miller while staying firmly rooted in his Irish identity. Having grown up on a Dublin council estate and spoken candidly about living with ADHD and reconnecting with his Arab Irish roots, KhakiKid’s music stands out for its authenticity and emotional depth.
