Bungalow Collect - Disco Rap Saved Me Again (EP)

Topping off a momentous 2025, Bungalow Collect pulls back the curtain on their latest multi-track project, ‘Disco Rap Saved Me Again’, and they show no signs of stopping yet. Continuing to turn heads with their thrilling brand of the elusive Disco Rap, the outfit looks to make you move once again.

Consisting of seven tracks, ‘Disco Rap Saved Me Again’ highlights a band who are at the top of the game. Pushing hip-hop in a way that it is seldom heard, Disco Rap brings a fresh light to the genre. Clocking in at just over twenty minutes, the EP touches on all aspects of disco - from the straight-up funky, to the R&B tinged, to the Daft Punk-esque vocoded anthems. The project features previously released singles ‘It Takes 2’ and ‘Show You Some Things’, spinning them in a new floor-filling light that proves testament to the Collectives’ boundless artistry.

Starting after members Rshad and Marcus moved into a Brooklyn apartment, dubbed ‘The Bungalow’, Bungalow Collect was formed after childhood friends of the pair, Apollo J and Zay Suav, added their creative influences to the mix, and the outfit started to craft infectious grooves and floor-filling melodies.

Since their 2021 formation, the group have brought their unique form of disco-rap across the states with their dynamic live show appearing at the likes of So What! and SXSW. Their single ‘Tell Me Where To Go’ enjoyed viral hit status as it amassed over 13 million views and 12 million streams worldwide. On a mission to get people to dance and feel the power of music, Bungalow Collect lace their sound with catchy hooks and meaningful poetry to convey their distinctive creative tendencies.
