Hotel - Sando (Single)

Since the release of his debut hit ‘Loose Change’ in 2020 Sydney artist Hotel (Andrew Tudehope) has been steadily building a fanbase based on his inability to stick to the confinements of genre and his ability to find a groove within any set of instrumentation.

Last year Tudehope released debut EP - Night Swim, which was praised by Rolling Stone, Earmilk and JJJ for its quirk, unique take on genre and poignant lyric stylings.

Hotel, now charges into the second half 2023 with a bang with his single SANDO, a song about one of life's most serene places - The Beach. Written as an ode to one of life's greatest experiences, SANDO is a ride through sunbaking, relaxing and ease of mind that comes with being at the beach.

By the sea, we are all equal as we sit on our beach towels. All are just there to bask in the sun and swim. At the beach like ice cream, our troubles melt away. - Hotel From being a bell boy in one of the city's most luxurious hotels to sailing across the Greek islands with a group of strangers to walking the roads of Petra alone during a full moon at midnight. Hotel is an artist with a story to tell and a song to sing.

"Sando" is a testament to HOTEL's commitment to pushing the boundaries of his craft.

SANDO is the second of a series of singles to come from Hotel this year which will culminate in a larger body of work in October 2023.
