Subculture - ELTSG (ft. Grand Pax) (Single)

London-based artist and producer Subculture has released ‘ELTSG’, the first single from his forthcoming EP, EVERY LITTLE THING SHINES GOLD, due for release on November 10th via Twisted Hearts Records. Subculture has received substantial praise from across the music industry, from outlets such as Line of Best Fit, Complex, Wonderland Magazine and Bandcamp among others, as well as a stamp of approval from legendary group Gorillaz.

Subculture delivers an exciting lead single in the form of ‘ELTSG’, and showcases his ability to effortlessly weave between styles. The track contains some of the same stadium-filling propensities that fuelled Kanye West’s Graduation, however in between the anthemics, Grand Pax delivers a delicate and entrancing vocal performance over hushed jazz/soul instrumentation; something that Subculture calls the ‘B-part’ of the song. Here’s his extended thoughts on ‘ELTSG’:

ELTSG is about how your eye’s lens can change from beauty to darkness in a flash one minute beauty and colour everywhere the next a grey cloud casts over everything. I invited Grand Pax who I’m a big fan of to sing over the B-part of the song as I knew she would understand the vision.
