Lebbs, the one-man band, MC, singer and producer hailing from the lairy seaside hub of Portsmouth, has kept things mercurial since he first surfaced. And he's been spouting dizzying stanzas over a wide array of sounds since. From fronting reggae bands to gaining national attention in the UK hip hop scene as one half of PROSPECTS, mastery of varying styles has seemingly always come easy.

No surprise then that his 7 track debut solo project 6-5-Heaven is both an exploration of a new musical sphere and itself a multi-faceted creature. At it's core a heavy new influence of Neo Soul is infused to the young composer's approach to hip hop from opener 'Self Assured' to reflective finishing moment 'Prove It'. Never one to keep things samey though, soul and jazz influences take wildly different forms throughout with harder rap permutations pushing to the forefront in places to raise the pace.
