This October, Bboys, poppers, lockers and hip hoppers from all over the world will be headed to London to battle it out at the 17th annual UK B-Boy Champs to see who will be this years champions of the world.
This years UK Champs will take place on the 13th and 14th of October, the 13th being held at the o2 Academy in Islington and the 14th taking place at the o2 Academy in Brixton. The Saturday Knockout Jam will feature the first rounds of the 1 vs. 1 competitions, an open entry 7-to-smoke battle, an open entry footwork battle and no doubt a lot of heated cyphers. The Sunday main event will be more of a big stage competition, featuring several of the best dancers in the world, all of the final battles and the infamous 8 vs 8 crew bboy battles, including the UK’s very own Soul Mavericks, who relentlessly battled their way to represent the UK at this prestigous event for the 4th year running.
Expect high flying routines, dynamic moves, funky footwork, incredible dancing, good vibes and a weekend not to forget.
