Frank Ocean dropped this astoundingly amazing video last night, serving as a 2nd single off debut album “Channel Orange”. Once again wisely choosing to re-unite with incredibly talented director Nabil whom he had previously worked with on several other video’s most notably ”Swim Good”. The video begins with Frank knocking back 4 shots of absinthe sending him on a slow-mo hallucinogenic journey through strobe-lit strip clubs, confronted by demonic shapeshifting ladies of the night, ultimately ending up being brought back down to earth by the mesmerising glow of a neon pyramid accompanied by John Mayers piercing guitar solo. Die hard fans will notice this is a slightly chopped up version than that off “Channel Orange”, either way this is without a doubt the most captivating video I have seen all year. Frank Ocean is definitely one spectacularly talented individual.
