Each spring I sit down in front on my laptop and begin the arduous challenge of trying to plan my summer festivities, over recent years festivals have taking full authority over visiting relatives or lazing on a beach. I have been lucky enough and graced a vast majority of the amazing festivals on offer abroad and on our own little island, however one festival has always been unfortunately missed for one annoying reason or another. This Festival returns for its sixth appearance this year, in heated debates this monster of an event is regularly hailed as one of the greatest of its kind, helping to bring underground music sky rocketing from the darkness into the view of thousands of doting festival goers…Of course I’m talking about Bloc festival.
This year Bloc have pulled out every trick in the book to promise use undoubtedly one of the dopest of 2012. Having been such a massive success in previous years it only seemed sensible that the guys have decided to move into the very heart of the UK music scene and chosen London Pleasure Gardens as their musical battleground. I have been lucky enough to secure myself a ticket this year and I am so flippin’ hyped for it, if your not convinced then just have a gander at this lineup, they got Snoop Dogg yo!
